| join our team… We are always interested to hear from enthusiastic, skilled and creative individuals CURRENT VACANCIES - Landscape Supervisor Tenure: Full Time Salary: Up to £31,000 p/annum + Company Vehicle Start Date: Winter 2023 Anderson Landscaping are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and experienced Landscape Supervisor to join our continually growing business. We are an award winning company with a well established reputation for superior service and quality workmanship The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating a team of landscapers to execute high quality work on projects all year round. They will be responsible for the day to day organisation, planning and delivery of soft and hard landscaping projects, whilst working closely with clients to ensure their desired outcome. We are searching for an individual with both project management and team management skills, who is detail-oriented and possesses strong leadership qualities. This position offers full-time, permanent work in a reputable company including a competitive salary, company vehicle, and benefits package. The successful candidate will collaborate with support staff during on boarding and training to ensure a smooth transition and that he/she is set up for success and long-term growth in the company. Essential requirements: • A minimum of 5 years landscaping experience • A full, clean UK driving license • Competent and knowledgable in all aspects of landscape construction • Working knowledge of tools, equipment and plant used in landscape construction • Ability to supervise and manage a team of landscapers • Strategic mindset with passion for long-term growth in the company • Understanding of health and safety regulations. Working hours are Monday to Friday 7.30am – 4pm. We will consider either full or part-time for the right applicant.
