Meet the Team

Colin Anderson – Director

Colin provides a wealth of experience and expertise gained from over 30 years in the industry. He studied Landscape Construction Management at Oatridge Agricultural College, before spending time working in local authorities in Scotland and England. During these years, Colin managed a team winning Gold medals at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show and Gardening Scotland.

Colin set out as a Sole Trader in 2004. Colin’s mission remains focused on creating dramatic outdoor living spaces using quality products, whilst ensuring they are functional and maximise a clients’ investment.

Ross Stark – Landscape Manager

Ross served as a 4th Engineer in the Merchant Navy before joining Anderson Landscaping in 2010. As the youngest member of the team, he thrived on learning the trade. Today Ross heads a team of experienced professionals with skills in walling, paving, joinery, metalwork, aquatics, turfing and planting.

Ross has always said he loves the variety of landscaping projects, the fact that every job is different and there is often a challenge for him to consider.

Stephen Jack – Grounds Maintenance & Transport Manager

Stephen joined Anderson Landscaping in 2015 after working for 24 years as a Nurse. Stephen now enjoys a more relaxed way of working in the outdoors, no matter the weather. Although Stephen was a keen gardener prior to working with Anderson Landscaping, he is continually completing training to enhance his knowledge. Stephen is currently responsible for co-ordinating the grounds maintenance team on domestic and commercial, regular and one-off maintenance visits.

Colleagues of Stephen’s are always impressed with how well organised and tidy he keeps this van and machinery.
