Landscape Labourer (& Driver)

Tenure: Full Time, Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm (Overtime regularly available)

Salary: Excellent rates of pay (PAYE available) + Company Vehicle (DOE)

Annual Leave: 28 days

Start Date: Spring 2025

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Experienced Labourer to join our growing team. This is a physically demanding role, requiring a strong work ethic and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

The Role:

As an Experienced Labourer, you will assist in the completion of landscape construction projects by carrying out a variety of tasks, including:

  • Operating various tools and equipment to complete specific job tasks.
  • Collecting and delivering equipment and materials from the works yard, suppliers and colleagues.
  • Supporting skilled team members in soft and hard landscaping activities.
  • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard while maintaining a professional image.
  • Adhering to the company’s Health & Safety Policy at all times.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience driving vans/tippers.
  • Experience towing trailers.

Landscape Trainer

Tenure: Part-Time, Permanent

Salary: Competitive rates of pay, based on experience

Annual Leave: 28 days, pro-rata

Start Date: Summer 2025

This role will support the growth and development of our team by providing hands-on training and mentoring, helping to “grow our own” skilled landscapers.

The Role:

As a Landscaper Trainer, you will play a vital role in equipping our team with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the field of landscaping. Working closely with both new and existing staff, you will deliver training in all aspects of landscaping, from the fundamentals to advanced techniques, ensuring our team is prepared to meet our exacting standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and delivering tailored training sessions for staff at varying skill levels.
  • Providing on-the-job coaching and mentoring to support practical learning.
  • Assessing trainees’ progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Sharing your expertise in soft and hard landscaping, tools, equipment and plant management.
  • Promoting health and safety best practices across all training activities.
  • Working with management to develop a structured training programme aligned with the company’s long-term goals.

About You:

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate landscaper who is ready to share their knowledge and inspire others. You should be approachable, patient and skilled at adapting your teaching style to suit individuals’ needs.

Essential Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in landscaping, including soft and hard landscaping.
  • In-depth knowledge of landscaping tools, equipment and construction techniques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to mentor and inspire staff to achieve their full potential.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the landscaping industry.
  • A full, clean UK driving licence.
  • A desire to contribute to the long-term growth and success of the company.

Working Hours:
